The dressing of yogurt and curry that you will want to put all your salads

The curry is excellent! It does not only have a divine and spicy flavor, it is healthy and brings many benefits. Curry has an ingredient called curcumin that favors the heart, decreasing the risks of heart failure and diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's. So that unique combination of ginger, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg and pepper is very powerful. But that's not all, because thanks to its spicy flavor, we feel more satiated when we eat it.

Healthy dressing of yogurt and curry

The ingredients they will need are (for 2 to 3 people):

  • 5 cups of mixed green lettuce
  • Half a carrot or a small grated carrot
  • 300 grams of shredded or chopped turkey or chicken
  • A red paprika
  • A lemon
  • Three branches of fresh basil
  • One cup of plain or unflavored yogurt
  • Half a teaspoon of sea salt
  • Two tablespoons of curry

Preparation:
For the dressing, begin by liquefying the yogurt, the paprika, squeeze the lemon, add the curry and the sea salt, until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. You can use the blender for this, because we want the red paprika to release all its juice. Then, mix the lettuce, basil, carrot, chicken or turkey and add the yogurt mixture with curry to your liking. Finally enjoy a salad with a dressing without trans fat and super nutritious.
